Joseph R. Rosetti
Advisory Board
Joseph R. Rosetti is President of SafirRosetti, a consultancy dedicated to assisting corporations, governments and individuals develop and implement solutions to security, investigative, intelligence and general management challenges worldwide. Prior to forming SafirRosetti, Mr. Rosetti was Vice Chairman of Kroll Associates, responsible for corporate security and crisis management. From 1971 to 1987 he had worldwide responsibility for IBM security programs. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Rosetti was the Northeast Director for the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration of the U.S. Department of Justice and a Special Agent, Group Supervisor, and Special Assistant to the Assistant Commissioner for Compliance in the Intelligence Division, U.S. Treasury Department. Mr. Rosetti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania Military College (Widener University) and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Southeastern University. Mr. Rosetti is the recipient of many awards including the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and Tribute of Appreciation, United States Department of State.
William D. Hill
Advisory Board
William D. Hill is a principal of M. A. Warren Associates, LLC. He advises venture capital and private equity funds in evaluating the growth potential of target companies and helping these companies understand their markets. Prior to joining M.A. Warren Associates, Mr. Hill was vice president of marketing and sales for UltraCell, a start-up company that has developed innovative technology to build, market and sell High-Power Micro-Fuel Cells to power electronic devices. Mr. Hill retired in 2005 from The Stanley Works of New Britain, Connecticut, as a corporate officer and vice president of engineering and technology. He established a customer-driven new product planning and development process and trained more than 500 cross-functional leaders and team members in its use. This resulted in new product sales increasing from $73M in 1996, the year before he arrived, to $300M in 2001. Prior to Stanley Mr. Hill was at Black & Decker Corporation for twenty-four years leading product development in positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and marketing. Mr. Hill is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's of Science degree in mechanical engineering and received a Master's Degree in business administration management from Loyola College in Maryland.
